Please, decent plots, decent voices and an interest in the culture of the universe which means the trapped on a ship together factor, the moral codes of the larger society, the class differences between the characters etc.

Date: 2007-12-19 12:31 am (UTC)I second the popular opinion that Serenity the Movie doesn't really do a whole lot for me, but Firefly the show manages the ensemble cast with glorious fun and skill. There is literally NO CHARACTER of the nine I wouldn't write fic for.
