I don't get why anyone would be offended by this. Granted I am vanilla old straight white guy now, but it seems to me in this age of enlightenment about gender and sexual identity that it is really no big deal if some random lady seems to think that intercourse is her definition of enjoyable sex.
Oh yeah, I'm all for her digging what she digs. It's the implication that those of us who aren't having sex the way she has sex aren't actually having sex.
I still don't get it. Say for instance everybody but you and Patty called whatever you do in bed "whervillopping"? Would that change how much you enjoy it? What does her lexicon matter?
I don't think it is so much the lexicon, as the dismissive, willful ignorance inherent in the statement. It's like kids who claim to be saving it for marriage but give blow jobs or take it up the ass.
