(Also, why do I share? John C Wright is a SF/F pro, and considering most of the consumers of SF/F I know are LGBTQ or allies, I thought you might want to know whose books not to buy).

Yeah, you can shut down the comments, but we can still tell the world you're a bigot who can't construct an argument. One advocates for not paying for you work, the other advocates for not reading it at all.

I guess in some really twisted sense, it's touching that in this crazy, mixed-up world, two lonely bigots can still find each other, despite the forces of tolerance and sanity that would keep them apart. Or something.
