Apparently women and queers are ruining SF.

Torchwood gets a not insignificant amount of text, and, sadly, Dirk Benedict is referenced. If you're thinking this can't end well, you'd be right.

Maybe I'll actually pick it apart for your viewing pleasure later. But maybe I'll actually have something more useful to do instead, like ruining the genre with my homosexual girl-bits or the cock in my dresser drawer or something.

Tell me, SF-ruiners, what's on your agenda today?

Lessee... apart from the day job, I went for a massage and acupuncture, I fried myself a steak, I sewed the second ribbon on my bonnet, I reread the first bits of Charlie Stross's Toast as part of my do-I-want-to-keep-this-book-purge. I actually did get a title idea for a queer anthology project I've been kicking around, but it's not SF so I guess I fail my ruining roll.

Yesterday I wrote the outline for an SFnal TV pilot. But I did it with my straight male writing partner, does it still count?

I feel uneducated. Who is Dirk Benedict?

Boohoo! The He-Man Woman-Haters Club doesn't want me in their treehouse.

Too bad for them.
