Depending what style strikes me, the following:

Jeffrey Gaines "Hero In Me"
Emerson, Lake & Palmer, either their version of "Fanfare For The Common Man" or...I think it is "Iconoclast"

but my go-to is "Rude Mood" by Stevie Ray Vaughan. It easily doubles as get-away music!
